Flux is an international student design competition that is ran by a nonprofit, called AIGA Baltimore, every year.
My Role and Contribution
I led a cross-functional team of 12—including designers, developers, and AIGA Baltimore board members, as well as their brand sponsor, tbc50—to develop a new visual identity for the Flux 2025 student design competition. I created and managed the project timeline in Asana, facilitated weekly check-ins to maintain progress on deliverables, and led stakeholder presentations to ensure alignment throughout the process. This approach achieved a 100% on-time delivery rate for all assets and a seamless project handoff. The duration of this project was from December 2024 – June 2025.

The Outcome
The rebranding campaign drove a 25% increase in brand recognition within two months, as measured by customer surveys. Submission entries rose by 40% within the first month from last year, and the client experienced a 15% overall boost in lead generation during the submission period.
